边防官兵和海洋警察现场急救技能培训的方法与效果

目的探讨对边防官兵和海洋警察进行急救技能培训的方法,观察其效果。方法集中1周时间对51名边防海警官兵进行全脱产全封闭式培训,内容包括止血、包扎等5项技能。于培训前后分别对学员进行急救理论与技能的考核,采用自设问卷评估学员对教师和自我的评价,并追踪调查学员归队后急救的成功率。结果51名学员均完成全部课程。培训前后学员的理论与技能考核成绩差异有显著性统计学意义(t=18.02,12.10,P<0.001);问卷调查表明100%的学员都愿意参加这种培训班,对教师的授课方法较为满意;追踪调查表明学员归队后抢救成功率达86.96%。结论对边防海警官兵进行为期1周的急救技能培训的方法切实可行,效果良好,可提高他们对现场伤员进行初步急救处理的能力,提高救治成功率。

Practice of first aid training for the frontier defense soldiers and policemen

Objective To practice the first aid training for the frontier defense soldiers and policemen and evaluate the training effect. Method Fifty-one frontier defenses soldiers and policemen were given first aid skill training for a week and received an exam after training. The rescue ratios in their practice during work after training were investigated. Results All the soldiers and policemen finished the courses and improve their first aid skill. They were satisfied with the training course and teaching method. Conclusions The first aid training for the frontier defense soldiers and policemen were effective and feasible to enhance their first aid skill.
