愈精颗粒抗大鼠雄性不育的药效学研究

目的：观察愈精颗粒抗大鼠雄性不育的效应。方法：用雷公藤多甙造成大鼠雄性不育模型，分别给予愈精颗粒高、低剂量及克罗米芬灌胃，观察给药30d后睾丸、附睾系数；血浆性腺激素水平；附睾精子数量、活率、活力；生育力和睾丸形态学改变。结果：愈精颗粒能增加不育大鼠睾丸、附睾重量；使睾酮含量增高，降低雌二醇水平；修复损伤的生精细胞和间质细胞；改善精子质量；明显提高雌鼠怀孕率及胎产数。结论：愈精颗粒具有显著抗大鼠雄性不育作用，优于克罗米芬。

Pharmaco Dynamics of Yujing Granule on Male Sterile Rats

Objective:To observe the pharmacological effects of Yujing Granules on experimental sterile male rat in vivo.Methods:Rat infertility disease model was established by glucosidorm tripterygii totorum.All the rats were dividedinto three group treated through the stomach filling by high and low doses of Yujing Granules and Clomiphere respectively.The curing effects was evaluated thirty days later by spermery weight/body weight (%),epididymis weight/body weight(%),plasma gonad hormone level,the number and moving speed of spermatozoa,the ratio of activity spermatozoa,puoereated ability and formation changing of spermary.Results:Yujing Granules can increase the weight of spermary and epididymis of sterile male rate,increase testosterone level,decrease estradiol level,repair the damaged spermatogenic cells and interstitial cells,improve the quality of spermazoa,increase the ratio of fetation and mean fetus number of female rat.Conclusion:Yujing Granules has a prominent anti sterility effect on male rat compared with clomiphene.
