血清VEGF、VEGF-C及MMP-9在肺癌患者淋巴结转移的作用与意义

目的联合检测术前肺癌患者血清中VEGF、VEGF-C及MMP-9的水平,探讨其作为预测肺癌淋巴转移、预后和手术疗效监测指标的可行性。方法应用酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）联合检测65例NSCLC患者术前的血清VEGF、VEGF-C及MMP-9的表达。结果有淋巴转移组的血清VEGF、VEGF-C、MMP-9水平明显高于无淋巴转移组,有显著差异性（P〈0.01）,相对于检测单个蛋白因子或两项蛋白因子,联合检测3项蛋白因子对淋巴结转移的诊断更有价值。结论联合检测血清VEGF、VEGF-C及MMP-9水平有助于提高对NSCLC淋巴结转移判断的准确率,手术前观察肺癌患者血清VEGF、VEGF-C及MMP-9水平将有助于判断疗效,监测预后和指导肺癌术后的多学科综合治疗。

The role and significance of serum VEGF,VEGF-C and MMP-gin metastasis of the lymph nodes of lung cancer

Objective Combining testing the serum levels of VEGF,VEGF-C and MMP-9 before surgical resection of NSCLC,our arms are to explore its lymph node metastasis as a predictor of lung cancer,prognosis and surgical treatment of the feasibility of monitoring indicators.Methods The application of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）was maded to detected 65 cases of NSCLC patients with serum VEGF,VEGF-C and MMP-9 expression preoperative .Results The serum VEGF,VEGF-C,MMP-9 levels in the patients with lymph node metastasis were significantly higher than those without lymph node metastasis,there was a significant difference（P0.01）,relative to the detection of a single protein factor or two protein factor,the joint detection of three protein factor on the diagnosis of lymph node metastasis is more valuable.Conclusion Joint detection of serum VEGF,VEGF-C,MMP-9 levels contribute to the increase diagnosis ofay the lymph node metastasis in NSCLC to determine the accuracy,dynamic observation of patients with lung cancer before surgery of serum VEGF,VEGF-C,MMP-9 levels will help determine efficacy,prognosis and guidance for monitoring after lung cancer multi-disciplinary comprehensive treatment.
