| 摘 要： | 本文报告用淋巴细胞杂交瘤技术建立抗SRBC的杂交瘤细胞株MX-87的方法及其应用情况。MX-87具有H-2~d表型并分泌IgM类抗SRBC单克隆抗体。用微量溶血空斑试验检查,每个MX-87杂交瘤细胞都可以形成一个清晰、透明的空斑。以这个杂交瘤细胞作为靶细胞,用空斑减少试验可以敏感地检测细胞毒T细胞(CTL)的功能。本文探讨了用溶血空斑减少试验进行CTL功能测定的最适条件。

| Abstract: | A hybridoma cell line(MX-87) has been established. which expresses H-2(?) phenotype and is able to secrete a IgM class monoclonal antibody against sheep red blood cells by which a clear plaque can be seen with microhemalytic plapue assay. The ability of MX-87 as a target to perform hemalytic plaque has been used as an indicator for target viability. The conditions in which the plaque reduction for the cytotoxic T lymphocytes assay was also best resulted. |
