中药对沙眼衣原体和单纯疱疹病毒作用的筛选

摘    要:目的 对28种中草药进行沙眼衣原体和单纯疱疹病毒(HSV)的敏感性体外筛选,以期发现能用于临床的药物。方法 测定中药对McCoy和Vero细胞的最大无毒浓度。利用细胞培养技术检测中药对沙眼衣原体和单纯疱疹病毒半数有效浓度(IC50)和最小抑制浓度(MIC)。结果 28种中药中,天花粉、生大黄、野菊花对HSV有体外抗病毒活性,其最小抑制浓度和最大无毒浓度接近。天花粉的抗HSV作用强于生大黄和野菊花。生大黄、黄连、炒黄芩、苦参、鱼腥草对沙眼衣原体有体外抗病毒活性,其最小抑制浓度和最大无毒浓度接近。黄连的抗沙眼衣原体作用强于其它几种中药。生大黄对HSV和沙眼衣原体均有体外活性。其余药物的体外抗沙眼衣原体和HSV活性不明显。结论 研究发现一些中草药具有体外抗沙眼衣原体和单纯疱疹病毒活性,可为临床处方配伍等提供线索,也为今后进一步研究中药有效成分打下基础。

Abstract:Objective To determine in vitro inhibitive effects of Chinese herbs on Chlamydia trachomatis(CT) and herpes simplex virus(HSV). Methods The maximum tolerant dosages(TD_0) to McCoy and Vero cells of 28 herbs were detected. The half effective dosages(ID_ 50 ) and minimum inhibitive dosages(MIC) to CT and HSV were tested by cell culture techniques. Results Among 28 herbs,root of Chinese trichosanthes,rhubarb,and morher chrysanthemum had in vito inhibitive effect on HSV,with the close relationship with TD_0 and MIC. Rhubarb,Chinese goldthread,radix scutellariae,radix sophorae favescentis and herba houttuyniae had in vitro inhibitive effect on CT,with the close relationship with TD_0 and MIC. Conclusion It is found that some herbs have in vitro effects on CT and HSV,which provides evidence for clinical use and further study on effective components of those herbs.
