摘    要:目的 采用正交实验法,以延胡索乙素的含量为指标,对延胡索产地加工和醋制方法进行优选.方法 采用高效液相色谱法测定延胡索供试品中延胡索乙素含量.结果 延胡索产地加工及醋制的最佳工艺条件是延胡索趁鲜切片4 mm,加醋量40%,在50℃下干燥.结论 验证实验表明,所选的最佳炮制工艺较为合理.

Abstract:Objective To optimize the techniques of primary processing and vinegar processing of Rhizoma corydalis by orthogonal experiment design.Methods HPLC was adopted to measure tetrahydropalmatine content in Rhizoma corydalis which wase prepared with different processes. Results The best condition of primary and vinegar processing was that Rhizoma corydalis was slided by 4mm as fresh ,added 40 percent of vinegar and the drying temperature was 50℃.Conclusion The verification test showed that the best choice of processing technology is reasonable.
