云南西盟佤族中疟疾防治的IEC信息和渠道研究

目的 确定适合于佤族的有关疟病信息和交流沟通渠道。方法 采用问卷调查、专题小组讨论、参与式行动评估、半结构深度访谈和参与式IEC材料制作研讨会等定性和定量相结合的方法。结果 村干部是目前村民卫生信息的着要渠道；社区居民喜欢以看电视作为信息来源，但县电视台的节目不能覆盖村子；交流语言应尽可能多地使用佤族语言。结论 所传输的信息应与目前的疟疾控制策略相联系；在佤族中的IEC干预应使用以人际交流为主，并有其它渠道支持的综合渠道。

Study on messages and channels of IEC for malaria control in Wa ethnic in Ximeng, Yunnan Province

Objective To identify appropriate messages on malaria and communication channels for Wa ethnic. Methods Combination of quantitative and qualitative methods, including questionnaire surveys, focus group discussions, participatory learning and action,seni-structured in-depth interview,participatory IEC materials development workshop, was used. Results Village leaders are the first channels of health messages at present. Community members prefer watching TV as their informtion resources, however the programs of county TV station cannot cover villages. Communication language should use Wa ethnical as much as possible. Conclusion Messages that will be conveyed should be connected with the present malaria control strategies. IEC intervention in Wa ethnic should use mixed channels and interpersonal communication will be the principal channel with supports of other channels.
