| 摘 要： | 干细胞具有多向分化潜能,能分化成许多种类的细胞,包括心肌细胞。近年来,骨髓干细胞已被用于心肌再生。心肌梗死动物模型的实验研究表明,骨髓干细胞移植改善了梗死心肌的功能。移植的时机是骨髓干细胞能否分化成心肌细胞的关键。

| Abstract: | Stem cells has multiple differentiation potential,which can differentiated into many kinds of cells including myocardium.Bone marrow stem cells has been used in myocardial regeneration.Experimental study from animal model with myocardial infarction have shown that bone marrow stem cells can imrove the function of infarcted myocardium.Transplanted opportunity is the key in determining its differentiation into myocardium or not. |
