摘    要:目的观察活化蛇纹石桶式除氟装置现场应用的除氟效果、实用性及对人群健康的影响,了解群众对该除氟装置接受情况。方法选择黑龙江省安达市万宝山镇(饮水含氟量为2.38 mg/L)自愿用该除氟剂的家庭- 18户,进行饮水除氟观察,时间为3个月,记录每月除氟水量,除氟后每5 d测1次水氟,计算除氟容量。观察人群除氟前、后一般健康状况,尿氟、尿8-羟基脱氧鸟苷(8-OHdG)、尿羟脯氨酸水平,以及对除氟水的反映。结果3个周期除氟水的平均含氟量均在1.00 mg/L以下,平均除氟容量为52.89 mg/kg。受试人群尿氟及尿羟脯氨酸水平较除氟前下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);尿8-OHdG水平亦较除氟前下降,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。除氟水一般性状无异常改变。结论该除氟剂除氟容量较大,价格低,来源广,除氟装置使用方法简便、经济实用,可在氟中毒病区内广泛推广使用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the de fluoridation effectiveness of a barrel serpentine equipment and to investigate its applicability and the effects on population health.Methods Serpentine were voluntarily used by 18 households selected in Wanbaoshan Town,Anda City,Heilongjiang Province,where the fluoride in drinking water was at the level of 2.38 mg/L.And the study carried out for 3 months.The volume of water defluoridated per month was recorded,every five days the fluoride amount in drinking water was quantified,the defluoridation capacity was calculated.The general health status,urine fluoride level,urine 8-hydroxy-2'-deoxyguanosine(8-OHdG)and urine hydroxyproline level before and after defluoridation were compared,and the acceptability of defluoridation was investigated.Results After defluoridation,the average fluoride amount in drinking water was lowed down below 1.00 mg/L in three cycles and average defluoridation capacity was 52.89 mg/kg stone.The urine fluoride and urinary hydroxyproline in human subjects significantly decreased than before with a significant difference(P<0.05).The urine 8-OHdG decreased than before,but without a significant difference(P>0.05).General characteristic of defluoridated water remained normal.Conclusion The equipment should be widely used in the areas of endemic fluorosis for its low price and easy manipulation as well as the large defluoridation capacity and wide resource of serpentine.
