蝎毒及蝎毒多肽对小鼠免疫功能和外周血细胞计数的作用

摘    要:目的 观察蝎毒 (SV)及蝎毒多肽 (PSV)对正常小鼠免疫功能和外周血细胞计数的作用 .方法 取正常小鼠 4 5只 ,随机分为 3组 :SV组、PSV组、对照组 ,分别腹腔注射 ,1次 /d ,连续 5d .于首次给药 6h、2 4h、8d后 ,每组取小鼠 5只 ,称体重 ,眼球取血 ,计数外周血细胞、处死后脾脏、胸腺 ,计算脾重指数、胸腺指数 .8d取外周血后测试体能 .结果 SV组 6h、2 4h、8d白细胞计数增加 (p <0 .0 5 ) ;PSV组略高于对照组 .SV组 6h中性粒比例明显增多 ,2 4h淋巴细胞比例明显增加 (p<0 .0 5 ) ,8d二者比例恢复正常 ;PSV组 6h、2 4h中性粒略有增加 ,8d恢复正常 .两组单核细胞均有增高 .血小板计数SV组维持正常 ,PSV组升高 .SV、PSV组脾重指数、胸腺指数和红细胞计数与对照组相比均不减少或略有增加 (p >0 .0 5 ) ,两组体能增强明显 .结论 SV及PSV均可提高正常小鼠的免疫功能 ,维持或增加外周血各类细胞数目 ,改善机体整体功能状态

Influents of Scorpion Venom and Peptide from Scorpion Venom on Immunologic Function and Peripheral Blood Cell Count in Mice
Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of scorpion venom (SV) and peptide from scorpion venom (PSV) on the immunologic function and the cell count of peripheral blood in mice. Methods 45 mice were divided randomly into 3 groups each with 15. In SV group, each mouse was injected intraperitoneally with SV of 0.2mg/kg; in PSV group, each with PSV of 0.3mg/kg; in control group, each with saline of 0.2ml. Each group was treated once a day for 5 days. At the time of 6 hours, 24 hours and 8 days after the initial injection, 5 mice were taken from each group and the following indexes were measured: body weight, peripheral blood cell count (WBC, differential WBC count, platelet, RBC), spleen index and thymus index. Additionally, the physical performance was tested on the 8th day. Results WBC counts were significantly enhanced at the time of 6h, 24h and 8d in SV group (p<0.05) and were slightly increased in PSV group. In SV group, the proportion of neutrophil on 6h and that of lymphocyte on 24h were increased obviously (p<0.05), while resumed normal on the 8th day; in PSV group, the proportions of neutrophil on 6h and 24h were increased slightly and become normal on day 8th. The monocyte was upregulated both in SV group and PSV group. Platelet count was normal in SV group, but increased in PSV group. In both of the experimental groups, the spleen index and thymus index and RBC count were normal or even increased slightly (p>0.05), the body weight and the physical performance were enhanced evidently. Conclusions Both SV and PSV may enhance the immunologic function through maintaining or even stimulating the peripheral blood count of various kinds of cells and improvement of body's health status.
