肾动脉栓塞治疗肾脏疾病的临床评价

摘    要:目的 研究肾动脉栓塞术在肾外伤出血及肾肿瘤术前病人的临床应用。方法 对106例进行超选择性肾动脉栓塞,其中72例为肾肿瘤术前栓塞,34例为肾外伤性出血,应用明胶海绵碎屑及金属圈.栓塞肿瘤血管及出血动脉。结果 肾肿瘤术中易剥离,出血少,术野清晰、缩短术时;肾出血34例,除一例肾切除外.其余栓塞后出血均停。结论 肾动脉栓塞有助于肾肿瘤的手术切除。对肾外伤出血者采用超选择性肾动脉栓塞.可降低开放手术率.最大限度保存肾脏。

Abstract:Objective To study the clinical application of superselective renal artery embolization in the treatment of renal tumor and traumatic renal hemorrhage.Methods A hundred and six patients (72 renal tumor and 34 traumatic renal hemorrhage)underwent the superselective renal artery embolization.All embolized procedures were performed by using gelatin sponge and steel coils.Results Among patients with renal tumors,because of the embolization resulted in a clear operation field so that the intraoperative stripping of kidney was easy,the bleeding volume was reduced, and the operation time was shortned.33 of 34 patients with renal hemorrhage were stopped a wound after the embolization ,other one case underwent surgical resection of the kidney.Conclusion Selective renal artery embolization is very helpful in the resection of renal tumor.For patients with posttraumatic hemorrhage,selective renal artery embolization can decrease the ratio of open operation and reserve the kidney as possible as more.
