| 摘 要： | 目的探讨湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)治疗新生儿脓疱疮的临床疗效。方法将90例新生儿脓疱疮患儿随机分为两组,治疗组47例患儿均采用局部涂抹MEBO治疗,对照组43例患儿均采用局部涂抹红霉素软膏、口服抗生素治疗,对比观察两组治疗效果。结果治疗组的治愈率和总有效率均高于对照组。结论 MEBO治疗新生儿脓疱疮疗效显著,方法简便安全,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the clinical curative effect of MEBO in treating neonatal impetigo. Methods: Ninety children with neonatal impetigo were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group. The 47 children in the treatment group were smeared MEBO topically while 43 children in the control group were smeared erythromycin ointment topically and took antibiotics orally. The curative effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results: The curative rate and the total effective rate in the treatment group were higher than that in the control group. Conclusion: MEBO as treating neonatal impetigo can realize significant curative effect and it is easy-to-operate and safe, deserving to be promoted and applied in clinic. |
