健脾调理汤治疗功能性消化不良的疗效观察

目的观察健脾调理汤治疗功能性消化不良的疗效.方法治疗组以健脾调理汤治疗,对照组以吗丁啉治疗,疗程4周,分别观察临床疗效、症状积分及血浆胃动素和胃泌素水平.结果治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为91.5%和63.3%,两组疗效比较差异有显著性(P＜0.01).对功能性消化不良患者症状的改善率明显优于对照组,治疗组患者胃泌素水平治疗后有所下降(P＜0.05),胃动素水平则较治疗前有所升高(P＜0.01).结论健脾调理汤能有效治疗功能性消化不良,可能与其提高血浆胃动素水平,降低胃泌素水平,调节胃肠运动有关.

Effect of Jianpi Tiaoli decoction in patients with functional dyspepsia

Aim To investigate the efficacy of Jianpi Tiaoli decoction on functional dyspepsia. Methods The treatment group was given Jianpi Tiaoli decoction, and the control group was treated with domperidone. The course was 4 weeks. The therapeutic effects, the integral of the symptoms, plasma motilin and gastrin were observed. Results The total effective rates were respectively 91 5% in treatment group and 63 3% in control group.The therapeutic effects between two groups had marked difference ( P <0 01). The improving rate of the symptoms in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group. The level of gastrin in the treatment group markedly decreased ( P <0 05), the level of motilin markedly elevated ( P <0 01) after the treatments. Conclusion Jianpi Tiaoli decoction had good effects on functional dyspepsia, which is related to the increasing of plasma motilin, the decreasing of gastrin and regulating gastrointestinal movement.
