王法德治疗椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕经验

由动脉硬化、颈椎病等原因致椎-基底动脉供血不足所引起的眩晕称为椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕。本病多见于中老年人，占中老年各种眩晕的60％以上，其特征为头晕目眩，轻者闭目即止，重者如乘舟车，天旋地转，或伴耳鸣眼花，恶心呕吐等症状，属真性眩晕，有别于因全身性疾病引起的头晕。常有引起脑动脉硬化的高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症等病史，中医药在治疗本病中具有较好的临床效果，王法德主任医师是全国第三批名老中医学术经验继承工作指导老师之一，本文总结了王法德老师多年来的临床辨治体会，为治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕提供了思路和方法。
