| 摘 要： | 细辛反藜芦之说，源于“十八反”歌诀。通过近年来大量文献研究，认为细辛反藜芦不宜作为法定的配伍禁忌，其范围应用不宜盲目扩大，对细辛藜芦药在临床应用时应持审慎态度。
