| 摘 要： | 目的：观察加味血府逐瘀汤治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法：将124例偏头痛患者随机分为两组，分别用加味血府逐瘀汤和麦角胺制剂对照治疗。结果：治疗64例，治愈42例，好转18例，无效4例，有效率93，8％。对照组60例，治愈28例，好转18例，无效14例，有效率76．7％。在P〈0．05条件下，两组比较，差异有显著意义。结论：血府逐瘀汤加减治疗偏头痛有较好疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective： to observe the clinical effect of Decoction for removing blood stasis in the chest on migraine. Method： 124 cases of migraine were randomly divided into 2 groups as follow： Decoction for removing blood stasis in the chest and Ergotamine group. Results. 64 cases of treatment that 42 cases were healing well, 18 cases were take a turn for the better and effective power was 93.8% and 60 cases of control that 28 cases were healing well, 18 cases were took a turn for the better and effective power was 76.7%. Conclusion： modified Decoction for removing blood stasis in the chest has the better effect to treat migraine. |
