| 摘 要： | 肠易激综合征临床上无特效药物治疗，根据中医辨证施治理论，采用健脾疏肝、柔肝利湿止痛之法，用加味痛泻要方汤药口服治疗该病60例，有效率达95％，并与对照组比较，疗效巩固，复发率低。

| Abstract: | there were not specific medicines to treat irritable bowel syndrome in clinic. The author used the nvigorating spleen and soothing liver and soothing liver and damping elimination on the basis of determine the treatment based on differentiation of symptoms and signs and used the Modified Recipe for diarrhea with pain to treat 60 cases with irritable bowel syndrome. The effective power was 95 %. |
