| 摘 要： | 探讨在研究生大幅扩招背景下，如何采取有效措施，提高中医药院校研究生导师的指导能力。认为一方面应积极引导导师树立终身教育理念，始终站在学科研究领域前端；另一方面应逐步改进培养模式，积极推进“导师组制”和多渠道“联合培养”；同时，还应加强导师综合培训，开展科学绩效考核。通过以上措施，完善研究生培养的协调机制，构建提高导师队伍指导能力和保障研究生培养质量的有效运行机制。

| Abstract: | The article discussed how raise advisor capability to guide graduate in Chinese medical college at enlarging recruiting students. The author pointed out that educated the tutor should educate all one＇s life and standing anterior extremity of course of study. At the same time, it should upgrade cultivate mode step by step and progradation advisors group system and co-culture. And then, it should strengthen advisor group capability to guide graduate and ensure utility run mechanism of graduate culture quahty. |
