针药结合治疗产后尿潴留临床疗效分析

目的：探讨并分析中医治疗产后尿潴留的疗效并观察与西药治疗的对照情况，寻求一种安全、可靠、疗效好的治疗方法以治疗本病，为产后患此病妇女解痛。方法：采用单纯针灸治疗33例、针灸结合中药内服治疗35例及设立西药新斯的明治疗42例作为对照观察的治疗方法。结果：经过统计学处理数据，三组临床疗效及排尿时间有显著性差异，针药结合组优于针灸组，针灸组优于西药组。结论：中医治疗产后尿潴留：针灸结合内服中药方法、针灸方法均比西药新斯的明疗效好，尤其针灸结合内服中药治疗的方法疗效最好。

The Analysis of Clinical Curative Effect of Postpartum Retention of Urine Treated by Traditional Chinese Medicine

Object： To discuss and analyze the curative effect of Postpartum Retention of Urine treated by TCM and observe the effect of control group treated by western medicine. A therapy with safer, more reliable and better effects is expected to find. Methods： Observe the curative effects of three control groups： 33 cases by completely acupuncture, 35 cases by acupuncture combined with CM and 42 cases by western medicine neostigmine. Results： It is found that there is definite difference in clinical effects and Micturition time among the three groups after the data is dealed statistically. The group treated by acupuncture combined with CM is better than the group treated by completely acupuncture while the latter is better than the third group. Conclusions： The therapy of acupuncture or acupuncture combined with CM is better than the therapy of western medicine neostigmine, especially the therapy of acupuncture combined with CM is the best.
