| 摘 要： | 目的：观察通阳利尿散对急性肾衰大鼠的利尿作用。方法：用水负荷大鼠及甘油所致急性肾衰大鼠，探讨通阳利尿散对其排尿作用的影响。结果：通阳利尿散能明显增加大鼠总排尿量并缩短排尿潜伏期，降低尿TP和血清BUN含量。结论：通阳利尿散具有显著的利尿效应。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the diurctic action of Tongyangliniao Powder （TYP） to acute renal failure rats. Methods： The urinary effects of TYP were studied in the loading rats with water and glycerine. Results： TYP could significantly increase the urinary output, shorten the latent period of emiction, and reduce the contents of TP in urine and BUN in blood serum. Conclusion： TYP exerted the significant diuretic effect in rats. |
