| 摘 要： | 中医动物模型重复性差，割裂了病与证的联系；单纯借鉴西医病理模型制备中医病和证的模型，不符合中医理论的要求；病证结合模型体现病与证的紧密联系，符合临床实践，已成为中医实验动物模型发展的新方向。本文对病证结合动物模型的建立、优势及评价体系的构建等进行综述。

| Abstract: | Chinese medical animal model is few reproducibility and cut up relationship of disease and syndrome. Merely make use of medical pathological model to prepare Chinese medicine disease and syndrome model which discrepancy with Chinese medicine theory. The combination of syndrome with disease model is express close relation of syndrome and disease which be in line with clinical practice and become the developed latest trend of Chinese medical experimental animal model. The article summarized the establishment of combination of syndrome with disease animal model, preponderance and construction of evaluation system. |
