多媒体在中医外科教学中的应用研究

摘    要:目的:观察多媒体在中医外科学教学中的应用效果。方法:选择2004级中医本科一班128名学生作为研究对象,于2006-2007年度第二学期《中医外科学》开课之前随机分为A、B两组,A组采用多媒体教学,B组采用传统讲授法教学。学期结束后由笔者向学生发放问卷进行匿名调查,并对2组期末考试成绩进行比较。结果:考试成绩A组优于B组,有显著性差异。问卷调查:在便于理解、记忆牢固、注意力集中三项,A组优于B组;课堂笔记项,B组优于A组,均有显著性差异。在条理清晰、重点突出、进度适中三项,2组无显著性差异。结论:两种教学方法各有优缺点,综合考虑,多媒体教学方法优于传统讲授法。

Abstract:Objective: to observe the effect of media mix in Chinese medicine surgery teaching. Method: the 2004 grade Chinese medicine under graduate students were study object. 128 students were randomly divided into A and B group before beginning teaching. A group used media mix teaching and B group used traditional teaching. The questionnaire was given to students at the end of semester. The examination record was compared at the end of semester. Result: the record was better in A than B. Apprehension, fastness memory and attention were better in A than B but class notes was better in B than A. There was not difference in order distinct, emphasis and schedule. Conclusion: 2 types teaching have their excellent and flaw but media mix teaching has better than traditional teaching.
