舒颈止晕汤治疗眩晕75例

目的：观察舒颈止晕汤（自拟）治疗颈椎病所致眩晕的临床效果。方法：按随机法将115例患者分为治疗组75例和对照组40例。分别采用舒颈止晕汤和颈复康颗粒治疗15d后进行对比观察。结果：中药治疗组显效率82．2％，有效率95．6％；对照组显效率60％，有效率80％。两组有效率比较，差异无显著性意义（P〉0．05），显效率比较，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。结论：自拟舒颈止晕汤治疗颈椎导致的眩晕在临床上可明显提高显效率。

75 Cases of Dizzy Treated in Shujingzhiyun Decoction

Objective： to observe the clinical effect of Shujingzhiyun decoction to treat dizzy of cervical syndrome. Methods： 115cases of patients were randomly divided into treatment （75 cases） treated in hujingzhiyun decoction and control （40 cases） treated in Jingfukang granules. Results： excellence rate was 82.2% and effective power was 95.6% in treatment and excellence rate was 60% and effective power was 80 % in control after 15 days. Conclusion： the Shujingzhiyun decoction could raise the excellence to treat dizzy of cervical syndrome.
