| 摘 要： | 目的：研制首乌育发合剂并拟订质量控制标准。方法：将处方中药材用水提法制成合剂，采用薄层色谱法对合剂中何首乌进行鉴别。结果：薄层图谱斑点清晰，分离度好。结论：制备方法简单合理，质量可控。

| Abstract: | Objective： to prepare Shouwu Yufa Mixture and draw up quality control standard. Method： the Chinese crude drug was extract and fiat mixture. Thin layer chromatography was used to identify polygonum multiflorum in the mixture. Result： the larnellar atlas spot was clear and good resolving power. Conclusion： the preparative method is simple and reasonable. The quality can control. |
