| 摘 要： | 目的：观察神仙解语丹对中风后失语症的疗效。方法：198例脑梗塞患者随机分为两组，均采用常规疗法，治疗组加用神仙解语丹，共观察30d，以沼氏失语症程度评定标准评定疗效。结果：治疗组有效率88．8％，明显优于对照组60．5％。结论：神仙解语丹治疗中风后失语疗效较好。

| Abstract: | Objective： to observe the effect of Shengxian Jieyu Dan to treat aphasia after apoplexy. Method： 198 cases of cerbral infarction were randomly divided into 2 groups and routine treatment was used. The treatment was plus Shengxian Jieyu Dan. The curative effect was evaluated in ZHAO＇s Evaluation Criterion of Aphasia Degree. Result： the effective power was 88.8% in treatment and 60.5% in control. Conclusion： Shengxian Jieyu Dan has the better effect to treat aphasia after apoplexy. |
