| 摘 要： | 目的：观察清咽含片的镇痛作用。方法：采用小鼠热板法和酒石酸锑钾所致的小鼠扭体反应，观察清咽含片对热板法致小鼠痛阈及酒石酸致扭体反应的影响。结果：清咽含片可明显提高小鼠痛阈，延长酒石酸锑钾所致扭体发生的潜伏期及减少10min内扭体次数。结论：清咽含片具有较好的镇痛作用。

| Abstract: | Objective： To study the analgesic effect of qingyan buccal tablets. Methods： The analgesic effect in mice was observed by hot-plate and body-torsion induced by antimony potassium tartrate, Results： The experiments proved that the buccal tablet could signifi-cantly raise pain threshold, prolonged the latency and re-duced the writhe number per ten minutes of mice model by antimony potassium tartrate. Conclusion： Qingyan buccal tablets show better analgesic effects. |
