丹栀逍遥汤合并氟西汀治疗抑郁症临床研究

目的：比较观察丹栀逍遥汤加减合并氟西汀与单用氟西汀治疗抑郁症的疗效、不良反应及依从性。方法：将符合抑郁症中西医诊断标准的抑郁症患者随机分为两组,分别用丹栀逍遥汤合并氟西汀（n=36）和单用氟西汀（n=36）治疗,于用药前及用药2、4、6周时用HAMA、HAMD、CGI评定疗效并记录不良反应,比较两组疗效及依从性。结果：两组患者于治疗6周HAMD、HAMA、CGI评分均显著低于治疗前,两组间HAMD、HAMA评分在治疗4、6周差异显著（P〈0.01）。合并用药组有效率83.3%,显著优于单用组的有效率52.7%。结论：丹栀逍遥汤合并氟西汀治疗抑郁症疗效好,安全性高,依从性好。

The Clinical Research of Depressive Disorder Treated in Dan- Zhi Decoction for Ease Combined Fluoxetine

Objective： to observe the curative effect, adverse effect and dependence of dan-zhi decoction for ease combined fluoxetine to treat depressive disorder. Method： the patients of depressive disorder were randomly divided into dan - zhi decoction for ease combined fluoxetine group and fluoxetine group. The curative effect, adverse effect and dependence were observed before treatment and after 2 weeks, 4 weeks and 6 weeks by HAMA, HAMD and CGI. Results： the HAMD, HAMA and CGI score were notable decrease in 2 groups after 6 weeks and there were notable difference between treatment and control in HAMD and HAMA after 4 or 6 weeks. The effective power was 83.3% in combined group and 52.7% in fluoxetine. Conclusion： Dan - zhi decoction for ease combined fluoxetine has the better function, safe and dependence to treat depressive disorder.
