小剂量疏血通联合低分子肝素钙治疗进展性脑梗塞的临床研究

目的：研究小剂量疏血通联合低分子肝素钙治疗进展性脑梗塞的有效性和安全性，并初步探讨其作用机制。方法：125例进展性脑梗塞患者随机分成治疗组63例和对照组62例。治疗组予疏血通联合低分子肝素钙治疗；对照组单用低分子肝素钙治疗，比较两组治疗前后神经功能改善情况及凝血指标变化。结果：治疗组有效率87．30％，对照组有效率62．90％，两组均有效，组间差异具有统计学意义，且治疗组凝血功能有明显改善，组间差异具有统计学意义。结论：小剂量疏血通联合低分子肝素钙比单用低分子肝素钙治疗进展性脑梗塞更合理、有效，其机制与凝血功能的改变有关。

The Clinical Research of Low Dose Shuxuetong United Low Molecular Hepacarin on Progression Cerbral Infarction

Objective： to research the efficacy and the safe of low dose Shuxuetong united low molecular hepacarin on treating progression cerbral infarction and initial approach the mechanism of action. Methods： 125 cases of progression cerbral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group（63 cases） and control group（62 cases）. The treatment group was treated in low close Shuxuetong united low molecular hepacarin and control group treated in low molecular hepacarin. The nerves functional improvement and blood clotting index changes were compared before and after treatment. Results： the effective power was 87.30 % in treatment group and 62.90 % in control group and there had statistical significance difference. The blood clotting function had amelioration in the treatment group and there had statistical significance difference between treatment and control. Conclusion： there are better reasonable and utility in low dose Shuxuetong united low molecular hepacarin to treat progression cerbral infarction that mechanism may have the relation to change the blood clotting function.
