腺嘌呤所致大鼠慢性肾功能衰竭的实验研究

摘    要:目的:研究慢性肾功能衰竭(chronic renal failure,CRF)大鼠模型的肾功能改变。方法:采用腺嘌呤灌胃大鼠,诱导肾衰模型,并检测血清肌酐、尿素氮和24h尿蛋白定量及肾脏标本。结果:发现上述指标有较理想的结果。结论:提示腺嘌呤按体重灌胃给药,结果稳定、可控,能达到慢性肾功能衰竭的造模要求。

Abstract:To study the changes of the renal function of the rats modeled with CRF by adenine, the rats were replicated by taking 300 mg/kg·d adenine for 3 weeks. 3 weeks later, the serum levels serum creatinine (SCr), blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and 24 hours urine protein (24 h Upro) of the rats and the pathologic changes of the kidneys of the rats were examined. The results showed that those indexes above mentioned have changed obviously corresponding to what it was requested, which indicated that it was stable and controllable for the outcome of the experknent for giving rats adenine by intragastric administration according to the body weight, and the models of CRF are also able to be made out.
