| 摘 要： | 目的：建立天麻片中天麻素的高效液相色谱含量测定方法。方法：C18色谱柱（4．6mm×150mm，5μm），流动相：乙腈-0．05％磷酸溶液（3：97），流速：1．0ml·min^-1，检测波长：220nm。结果：天麻素与样品中其他组分分离效果较好，天麻素在（0．0992～1．4880）μg范围内具有良好线性关系（r=0．9999），平均回收率为97．09％（RSD=0．47％，n=6）。结论：采用此方法测定天麻片中天麻素的含量，准确可靠，简便易行。

| Abstract: | Objective： to establish a method for determination of gastrodine in tall gastrodia tuber by HPLC. Method： the analysis was carried out on C18 chromatographic column（4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm, the mobile phase was acetonitrile 0.05 % H3 PO4 （3 ： 97）, the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1 and detective wavelength was 220nm. Result： the gastrodine separabile effect was better. The linear range of gastrodine was 0. 0992-- 1. 4880μg（r = 0. 9999）, the average recovery rate was 97.09 % （ RSD 0.47 %, n = 6 ）. Conclusion： the method is simple, accurate and reliable. |
