降脂汤治疗高脂血症82例疗效观察

目的：观察中西医结合治疗高脂血症的临床疗效。方法：将148例高脂血症患者随机分为2组。对照组66例，常规应用西药洛伐他汀胶囊治疗，治疗组82例，在对照组治疗基础上加服降脂汤（处方：生山楂、何首乌、泽泻、草决明、稀莶草、当归、川芎、白芍、生地黄、甘草）治疗。两组均以30d为1疗程，2疗程及停药3月后分别统计近远期疗效。结果：近期疗效有效率治疗组为95．16，对照组为82．61％，远期疗效有效率比较，差异均有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。结论：中西医结合治疗高脂血症近远期疗效均显著。

82 Cases of Hyperlipoidemia Treated in Low Fat Decoction

Objective： to observe the clinical effect of conbined treatment of Chinese medicine and western medicine to treat hyperlipoidemia. Methods： 148 cases of hyperlipoidemia were randomly divided into control group （66 cases） treated in loyastatin and treatment group（82 cases） treated in iovastatin and low fat decoction（ hinese hawthorn, fleeceflower root, alisma rhizome, herba siegesbeckiae, angelica, szechwan lovage rhizome, white peony root , rehmannia, licorice root）. The 1 course of treatment was 30 days and the closeprostecdtive efficacy was statistics after 2 courses of treatment and discontinuation after 3 months. Results： the close effective power was 95.16 % in treatment group and 82.61% in control group. There was significance difference between treatment and control in prostecdtive efficacy. Coclusion： the conbined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine has the significant effect to treat hyperlipoidemia in close-prostecdtive efficacy.
