| 摘 要： | 目的观察开窍鼻渊汤配合上颌窦穿刺对鼻窦炎的治疗效果.方法选取80例鼻窦炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组40例,口服中药开窍鼻渊汤,部分病人行上颌窦穿刺;对照组40例应用抗菌素治疗.结果开窍鼻渊汤配合上颌窦穿刺能明显改善患者临床症状和体征,与对照组比较差异显著(P＜0.01).结论开窍鼻渊汤配合上颌窦穿刺治疗鼻窦炎安全可靠,有效率高.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of kaiqiaobiyuatang and puncture and irrigation of maxillary sinus.Methods 80 cases selected and randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in therapeutic group,were given kaiqiaobiyuantang, and some had puncture and irrigation of maxillary sinus,40 cases in controlled group,were treated with antibiotic.Results The former could obviously improve the clinical manifestation,compared with the latter (P<0.01).Conclusion Kaiqiaobiyuantang combined with puncture and irrigation of maxillary sinus is a safe,dependable and efficient measure. |
