103例恶性肿瘤病人真菌医院感染调查分析

对１０３ 例肿瘤病人医院深部真菌感染进行了调查分析。结果表明：１０３ 例感染部位以下呼吸道为主（５６－３ ％ ），泌尿道次之（２１－４ ％ ）。１０３ 例患者标本共培养出真菌１０３ 株，以白色念珠菌占第１ 位（５０－５ ％ ），热带念珠菌占第２ 位（２５－２ ％） 。经统计分析认为：本组病例发生真菌医院感染病因与原发肿瘤疾病、年龄，手术及放射疗法，免疫抑制剂和激素、抗代谢药物的使用、抗生素的不合理使用及住院期间侵入性操作等危险因素密切相关。

The Analysis of nosocomial Infection of Fung in 103 Tumor Patients

The 103 tumor patients of nosocomial infection of fungus were investigated and analysed.The results showed:the infection rate of the lower respiratory tract was highest 56.3%,and the second was urological tract 21.4%.Of the 103 strains of fung,the first was candida albicans 50.5%,the second was candida tropicalis 25.2%. The results proved that the causes of nosocomical infection of fung were original tumor,age,operation and radiation,immune suppresant and hormone,the ultilization of anti metabolism drugs,the ultilization of antibiotic unreasonably and the frequent invasive operation.
