交感神经型颈椎病的手法治疗

交感神经型颈椎病是临床中的一种常见病,其病因多为颈椎骨赘刺激了颈部的交感神经,从而产生一系列临床症状,如颈肩背部疼痛,头晕、头痛,眼睛易疲劳、视物模糊,心悸、心前区疼痛,胃肠功能紊乱,心情烦躁、情绪易激动等。在临床中此病目前缺少有效的治疗方法,尚不能很好地解除患者的痛苦。笔者在诊断明确的基础上,采用整体推拿术治疗此病,取得较为满意的疗效。整体推拿术是我院田永福主任按摩师在其已故恩师安广林主任按摩师的“以气攻气”疗法的基础上提出的,其主要包括颈背部操作、头部操作及腹部操作三个方面,现分述如下。１　…

Sympathetic Type ofCervical Spondylosis Treated with Combined Manipulations

According to the principle of “ attacking the Qi with Qi", the sympathetic type of cervical spondylosis was treated with manipulations on the three parts on the neck and back, the head and the abdomen. The satisfactory effects were achieved. The combined manipulations are clained to have the effects of relieving myospasm, improving the blood circulation, reducing the adhesion of tissues, removing the product of aseptic inflammation, correcting the disordered inter vertebral articulations and adjusting the autonomic nerve.
