异丙酚联合氯胺酮、芬太尼在输卵管绝育术中的应用

目的:观察异丙酚联合氯胺酮、芬太尼在输卵管绝育术中的镇痛效果。方法:选择要求做输卵管绝育且无禁忌证者100例,随机分为观察组(异丙酚联合氯胺酮、芬太尼静脉麻醉)和对照组(异丙酚静脉麻醉),每组各50例,观察两组的镇痛效果、循环呼吸系统变化和并发症的发生情况。结果:观察组镇痛效果明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01);循环呼吸系统变化的比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);对照组的并发症多于观察组。结论:异丙酚联合氯胺酮、芬太尼静脉麻醉用于输卵管绝育术,能增强麻醉镇痛效果,是一种比较理想的输卵管无痛结扎方法。

Joint Administration of Propofol, Ketamine and Fentanyl in Application of Tubosterilization

Objective: To observe the analgesic effect of combining Propofol with Ketamine and Fentanyl in the process of tubosterilization. Methods:100 women who asked for tubosterilization were randomly divided into two groups, i.e. test group and control group, 50 cases for each. The analgesic effect, alterations related to respiratory and circulatory system and probable complications were observed in two groups. Results: Analgesic effect was more better in the test group (P<0.01), while there was no significant difference on alterations related to respiratory and circulatory in two groups(P>0.05). More complications occurred in control group. Conclusion: Joint administration of Propofol, Ketamine and Fentanyl is more effective in the process of tubosterilization.
