超声影像技术对Hb Bart’s水肿胎早期产前诊断的研究

目的探讨超声影像技术对HbBarfs水肿胎早期产前诊断的临床价值。方法利用超声影像技术对孕12-20周的320例HbBarfs水肿胎儿进行检查，并利用gap—PCR分子技术进行基因分析，并与同期胎儿的正常组进行对照。结果73例基因诊断为HbBarfs水肿胎儿中，56例心脏增大，心胸比例〉O．30；15例胎儿颈项部透明层增厚；18例出现胎儿部分肠管强回声；22例出现胎儿腹水；胎盘无明显增厚，但较相应正常孕周均值明显增高。结论超声影像技术对孕12~20周HbBarfs水肿胎的声像图具有较特异性特征，产前超声诊断是一种安全、准确、有效的检查方法。

Research of early prenatal diagnosis to Hb Bart's hydrops fetus by ultrasonography

Objective To obtain the unharmful image method to prenatal diaglosis through the ultrasound examina- tion of the fetus with high risk of Hb Barfs hydrops during 12-20 pregnancy weeks. Method Examine 320 cases with high-risk of Hb Barts hydrops fetus by ultrasound and genetic analysis using gap-PCR technology, and compare with the information of the normal group at the 12-20 pregnancy weeks. Results 73 Hb Barfs hydrops fetuses diagnosed by ge- netic analysis had abnormal ultrasound images. 58 cases were the enlarged cardiothoracic rate（〉0. 30）, 18 cases were in- crassated nuchal translucency, 18 cases were echogenic bowel and 22 cases were ascites. The placenta thickness was not incrassated, but their average thickness was significantly higher than normal. Conclusions Ultrasonography is a safe, precise and effective method for the early prenatal diagnosis Hb Bart＇s hydrops fetus during 12-20 weeks.
