| 摘 要： | 本文应用国产庚型肝炎病毒抗体（抗－ＨＧＶ）酶联免疫试剂，检测了新疆地区１５２例不同民族中ＨＣＶ感染者的抗－ＨＧＶ，并用逆转录聚合酶链反应（ＲＴ－ＰＣＲ）法检测ＨＧＶ病毒核酸（ＨＧＶ－ＲＮＡ）。结果显示：抗－ＨＧＶ阳性率２２．４％（３４／１５２）；ＨＧＶ－ＲＮＡ总阳性率４４．７％（６８／１５２）。各民是以回族最高，依次为维吾尔族、蒙古族、哈萨克族、汉族，但经统计学处理，尚无显著差异。本研究结果证实，

| Abstract: | We used the domestic HGV - Abenzymelinked immunoreagen to measure the HGV - Ab in 152 cases with HCV infection also used RT- PCR method measure the HGV- RNA. The result showed that HGV-Ab positive is 22.4(34/152). HGV-RNA positive is 44. 7% (68/152)in HGV - Ab positive cases.HGV- Ab positive rate in Hui nationality is the Highest. No significanto diference wer found among the nationalities. This research prved that there have been HGV infection in major nationalities of Xing Jiang. |
