| 摘 要： | 目的观察宫腔镜下宫腔粘连分离术等综合措施治疗宫腔粘连的临床效果。方法对42例经宫腔镜确诊为宫腔粘连的患者施行B超监护宫腔镜下宫腔粘连分离术,术后放置球囊导尿管及透明质酸钠,并予抗生素、人工周期、IUD等综合治疗。结果宫腔粘连中周期性下腹疼痛者13例,缓解12例,月经减少或闭经者36例,恢复正常30例,有生育要求的33例中有18例妊娠。结论宫腔镜等综合措施是治疗宫腔粘连的有效方法 。

Hysteroscopic Surgery Treatment of Intrauterine Adhesions Comprehensive Measures of Clinical Observation of 42 Cases |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the dissection of hysteroscopic intrauterine adhesions comprehensive measures such as the clinical effects of treatment of intrauterine adhesions.Methods 42 cases diagnosed by hysteroscopy were intrauterine adhesions monitoring the implementation of B-hysteroscopic intrauterine adhesions dissection after balloon catheter and placement of sodium hyaluronate,and to the antibiotics,artificial cycle,IUD complex treatment.Results The intrauterine adhesions in 13 cases of cyclical lower abdominal pain,ease the 12 cases,menstruation or amenorrhea were decreased in 36 cases,30 cases of normal,fertile requirements of the 33 cases,18 cases of pregnancy.Conclusion Hysteroscopy and other comprehensive measures are an effective method of treatment of intrauterine adhesions. |
