呼吸监护病区下呼吸道革兰阴性杆菌的耐药性监测

摘    要:目的:对呼吸监护病区(RICU)分离的351株革兰阴性杆菌进行耐药性监测,以指导临床用药。方法:药敏试验采用Kirby-Bauer琼脂扩散法,数据输入WHONET4软件并进行分析。结果:分离率前6位的依次为绿脓杆菌(40.2%)、不动杆菌属(17.1%)、嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌(13.1%)、克雷伯氏菌(8.5%)、肠杆菌属(3.1%)和大肠杆菌(2.8%)。12种抗生素的总耐药率较低的是头孢哌酮/舒巴

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the drug resistance of 351 strains of Gram negative bacilli isolated from patients in respiratory intensive care unit(RICU) for the purpose of clinical practice.Methods:Drug sensitivity tests were performed by disk diffusion (K B) method. WHONET4 was used for data analysis. Result:The six most frequently isolated bacilli were: Pseudomonas aeruginosa (40.2%),Acinetobacter(17.1%),Stenotrophomonas maltophillia (13.1%),Klebsiella (8.5%),Enterobacter (3.1%) and Escherichia coli (2.8%). Among 12 antibiotics tested,Cefoperazone/Sulbatam,Cefepime and Imipenem had lower overall resistant rates (24.2%,43.5% and 45.0% respectively).Conclusion:Cefoperazone/Sulbatam,Cefepime and Imipenem were relatively more effective to all gram negative strains tested.
