呼吸监护病区下呼吸道革兰阴性杆菌的耐药性监测

目的：对呼吸监护病区（ＲＩＣＵ）分离的３５１株革兰阴性杆菌进行耐药性监测，以指导临床用药。方法：药敏试验采用Ｋｉｒｂｙ－Ｂａｕｅｒ琼脂扩散法，数据输入ＷＨＯＮＥＴ４软件并进行分析。结果：分离率前６位的依次为绿脓杆菌（４０．２％）、不动杆菌属（１７．１％）、嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌（１３．１％）、克雷伯氏菌（８．５％）、肠杆菌属（３．１％）和大肠杆菌（２．８％）。１２种抗生素的总耐药率较低的是头孢哌酮／舒巴

Drug Resistance Monitoring of Gram-negative Bacilli in Lower Respiratory Tract of Patients from in Respiratory Intensive Care Unit

Objective:To investigate the drug resistance of 351 strains of Gram negative bacilli isolated from patients in respiratory intensive care unit(RICU) for the purpose of clinical practice.Methods:Drug sensitivity tests were performed by disk diffusion (K B) method. WHONET4 was used for data analysis. Result:The six most frequently isolated bacilli were: Pseudomonas aeruginosa (40.2%),Acinetobacter(17.1%),Stenotrophomonas maltophillia (13.1%),Klebsiella (8.5%),Enterobacter (3.1%) and Escherichia coli (2.8%). Among 12 antibiotics tested,Cefoperazone/Sulbatam,Cefepime and Imipenem had lower overall resistant rates (24.2%,43.5% and 45.0% respectively).Conclusion:Cefoperazone/Sulbatam,Cefepime and Imipenem were relatively more effective to all gram negative strains tested.
