| 摘 要： | [目的]强化接触细胞毒性药物护理人员的自我防护意识,提高防护能力,减少职业性健康意外伤害的发生。[方法]随机抽取54名接触多种细胞毒性药物的护理工作人员定期进行健康检查。[结果]接触细胞毒性药物时间与身体健康损害程度呈正比关系。[结论]为避免健康的职业性意外伤害,必须建立和使用有效的防护措施。

| Abstract: | Objective: To strengthen the self-protection consciousness of nursing staffs handling cytotoxic drugs, to enhance their protection ability so as to decrease accidental injuries on occupational health for nursing staff. Methods: A total of 54 nursing staffs contacted various kinds of cytotoxic drugs were selected randomly and health check-up was carried out for them regularly. Results: Times of contacting cytotoxic drugs was positively correlated with damaging degrees of health of nursing staffs. Conclusion: In order to avoid occupational accidents, effective protection measures must be established and applied for nursing staffs. |
