联合检测CEA和CA125在肺癌诊断中的价值

目的 了解CEA、CA125联合检测在肺癌诊断中的价值.方法 选择67例肺癌患者,并以62例良性肺部疾病患者作为对照组,用化学发光法分别测定血清CEA、CA125含量及对结果进行分析.结果 肺癌患者血清CEA、CA125浓度明显高于良性肺部疾病组,差异有统计学意义（p〈0.01）.单项检测CEA、CA125在肺癌中阳性率分别是58.2%和47.76%,特异性是85.48%和74.19% 联合检测阳性率是43.28%,特异性是91.94%,以CEA或CA125阳性作为阳性判断标准,敏感性是82.09%,特异性是75.81% 联合检测时特异性、阳性预测值和阳性似然比均高于单项检测.结论 联合检测CEA、CA125能提高对肺癌的鉴别诊断,对临床症状不典型的肺癌早期患者的筛查具有重要意义.

The value of combined detection of CEA and CA125 in the diagnosis of lung cancer

Objective To understand The value of combined detection of Carcinoembryonic Antigen（CEA） and carbohydrate antigen 125 （CA125） in the diagnosis of lung cancer. Methods Chose 67 patients with lung cancer and 62 patients with benign lung disease which was tak- en as control group, and detected the content of CEA and CA125 in serum by Chemiluminescence. Results The levels of CEA and CA125 of patients with lung cancer are significantly higher than those of the the control group, with statistical significance as compared with the control group（P〈 0.01） .The positive rates of CEA and CA125 of single test of cancer patients were 58.2% and 47.76%. The specificity were 85. 48% and 74.19% ; the positive rate of combined test was 43.28% and the specificity was 91.94%. If the positive of CEA or CA125 is taken as positive standard, the sensitivity and the specificity were 82.09% and 75.81%. The hkelihood Ratio of positive, the positive predictive value and the specificity of combined detection were all higher than tho-~ of single test. Conclusion The combined detection of CEA and CA125 is helpful to the diagnosis of lung cancer and has great significance for the screening of atypical lung cancer patients.
