支气管动脉造影食管支显影分析及食管气管瘘

目的：对支气管动脉造影食管支显示情况进行研究，了解与食管气管瘘的关系，以避免或减少这一严重并发症的发生。材料和方法：对１５２例因肺癌及各种原因所致咯血患行双侧支气管动脉造影，并进行回顾性研究。结果：２４．２％病例食管支明显显影。支气管动脉化疗药物灌注或栓塞治疗后，有２例发生食管气管瘘，采用带膜食管支架治疗。结论：食管静脉显影病例似易于发生食管气管瘘，使用带膜食管支架是有效的治疗方法。

The Appearance of Esophageal Branches in Bronchial Artery Angiography and the Bronchoesophageal

To study the incidence of angiographic visualization of the esophageal branches originating from the bronchial arteries. And discuss the relationship between esophageal branches and bronchoesophagal fistula.Materials and Methods: Angiography via bronchial arteries of both sides was performed in 152 patients suffering from bronchogenetic carcinoma or haemoptysis. Results: Approximately 24. 2% of 152 cases showed good visualization of the esophageal branch. Two cases of bronchoosophageal fistula occurred after infusion or embolization therapy, they were treated by implantation of esophageal stent with membrane. Conclusion: Bronchoesophageal fistula tends to occur in cases showing marked opacification of the esophageal veins. The implantation of esophageal stent with membran is an effective method in the treatment of the complication.
