| 摘 要： | 目的:观察温阳奋志振颓汤对中风后抑郁患者消化不良症的临床疗效。方法:选择74例中风后抑郁伴消化不良症患者随机分为治疗组(温阳奋志振颓汤)和对照组(百忧解或多虑平,合用吗丁啉),治疗4周后观察两组抑郁核心症状、消化不良症状改善情况及HAMD评分减分率,并观察不良反应。结果:治疗组改善消化不良症状、减少不良反应方面的效果明显优于对照组,对抑郁症状的改善方面两组无差异。结论:温阳奋志振颓汤在治疗中风后抑郁的同时,可改善患者消化不良症状,且无不良反应。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Wenyang Fenzhi Zhentui Decoction on dyspepsia of patients with depression after apoplexy.Methods: 74 cases of patients with dyspepsia and depression after apoplexy were randomly divided into the treated group(by Wenyang Fenzhi Zhentui Decoction) and the controlled group(by doxepin and Madingling).The core symptoms of depression,improvement of dyspepsia,the grade-reducing rate and the side effects of two groups were observed after the treatment of 4 months.Results: Compared with the controlled group,the treated group has an obvious improvement of dyspepsia and decrease of side effects.There were no difference for the two groups in the improvement of depression.Conclusion: Wengyang Fenzhi Zhentui Decoction can improve the dyspepsia but without side effects when treating depression after apoplexy. |
