摘    要:目的:建立一种以碳纳米管糊电极为工作电极的丹酚酸B的伏安测定方法,为丹酚酸B的分离过程进行质量监测。方法:在pH1.81的Britton-Robinson缓冲溶液中采用方波溶出伏安法对其进行测定。结果:建立的方法对丹参药材水提液经SP-207树脂柱分离洗脱过程中丹酚酸B的含量进行测定,所得结果与HPLC法测定的结果一致。结论:本方法为丹酚酸B的测定提供了新方法,为将来丹参的提取过程中丹酚酸B含量的变化在线质量控制提供了有利依据。

Abstract:AIM:A voltammetric method was developed for the determination of salvianolic acid B using a carbon nanotube paste electrode.And the separation process of salvianolic acid B was detected. METHODS: In Britton-Robinson buffer solution of pH(1.81),the square wave stripping voltammetric method was used to determine salvianolic acid B. RESULTS: The proposed method was verified by an established HPLC method,and it was applied to determining salvianolic acid B in eluent of eluting extracts of Radix salvia Miltiorrhiza from SP-207 colunm with ethanol solution,and the results were satisfied. CONCLUSION: A new method for determining salvianolic acid B was developed,and the proposed method would be used as an on-line quality control method for detecting of salvianolic acid B in eluting extracts of Radix salvia Miltiorrhiza in the future.
