老年原发性高血压患者颈动脉粥样硬化程度与高敏C反应蛋白和血清尿酸水平的关系研究

摘    要:目的:探讨高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及血清尿酸(UA)与颈动脉粥样硬化程度的关系。方法:选择老年原发性高血压患者120例,按颈动脉超声检测结果分为内膜增厚组、斑块形成组和管腔狭窄组,测定三组患者的血清hs-CRP和UA水平,并进行统计学分析。结果:颈动脉粥样硬化程度越严重,血清hs-CRP和UA水平越高,三组间比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:老年原发性高血压患者的hs-CRP和UA水平变化与动脉粥样硬化关系密切,老年原发性高血压患者hs-CRP,UA浓度与颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)呈正相关关系(P〈0.01)。适当降低血清hs-CRP和UA,可防止动脉粥样硬化进展,减轻高血压靶器官损害。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the association of serum high-sensitivity protein(hs-CRP) and serum uric acid(UA) with carotid atherosclerosis in aged patients with hypertension.Methods:One hundred and twenty aged patients with hypertension whose CCAs were detected by ultrasound were divided into increased inner membrance group,atheroma group and narrow luminal diameter group.Their serum hs-CRP and UA levels were measured and compared.Results:Those with higher serum hs-CRP and higher serum UA showed more severe carotid atherosclerosis.There was significant statistical difference between three groups(P0.05,P0.01).Conclusion:Serum hs-CRP and serum UA might be closely related to in atherosclerosis in aged patients with hypertension.There was positive relativity between the serum hs-CRP and serum UA and intima media thickness(IMT).It might be concluded that lower serum hs-CRP and serum UA could prevent the progression of atherosclerosis,relieve the organ damage induced by hypertension.
