老年原发性高血压患者颈动脉粥样硬化程度与高敏C反应蛋白和血清尿酸水平的关系研究

目的：探讨高敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）及血清尿酸（UA）与颈动脉粥样硬化程度的关系。方法：选择老年原发性高血压患者120例,按颈动脉超声检测结果分为内膜增厚组、斑块形成组和管腔狭窄组,测定三组患者的血清hs-CRP和UA水平,并进行统计学分析。结果：颈动脉粥样硬化程度越严重,血清hs-CRP和UA水平越高,三组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：老年原发性高血压患者的hs-CRP和UA水平变化与动脉粥样硬化关系密切,老年原发性高血压患者hs-CRP,UA浓度与颈动脉内膜中层厚度（IMT）呈正相关关系（P〈0.01）。适当降低血清hs-CRP和UA,可防止动脉粥样硬化进展,减轻高血压靶器官损害。

Clinical study on the association of high-sensitivity protein and serum uric acid with carotid atherosclerosis in aged patients with hypertension

Objective：To explore the association of serum high-sensitivity protein（hs-CRP） and serum uric acid（UA） with carotid atherosclerosis in aged patients with hypertension.Methods：One hundred and twenty aged patients with hypertension whose CCAs were detected by ultrasound were divided into increased inner membrance group,atheroma group and narrow luminal diameter group.Their serum hs-CRP and UA levels were measured and compared.Results：Those with higher serum hs-CRP and higher serum UA showed more severe carotid atherosclerosis.There was significant statistical difference between three groups（P0.05,P0.01）.Conclusion：Serum hs-CRP and serum UA might be closely related to in atherosclerosis in aged patients with hypertension.There was positive relativity between the serum hs-CRP and serum UA and intima media thickness（IMT）.It might be concluded that lower serum hs-CRP and serum UA could prevent the progression of atherosclerosis,relieve the organ damage induced by hypertension.
