江苏省普通居民乙肝知识、态度调查分析

目的了解江苏省普通居民对乙型肝炎防治知识与态度情况,探讨所持态度与防病知识的关系以及主要影响因素,为进一步开展健康教育与健康促进活动提供依据。方法根据文献,设计乙肝防治知识调查问卷,在张家港、丹阳、泰兴进行现场调查。结果调查对象对乙型肝炎防治信息知晓率偏低,各知识点大多在60%以下,总的知晓率仅为57.0%。居民对乙肝可以通过性途径传播的知晓率仅为51.2%,对待乙肝病毒携带者的态度正确率低于60%。Logistic分析结果显示,居民个人随着乙肝基本知识、传播途径知识、非传播途径知识以及预防知识的丰富,态度取向更趋向于正向。文化程度、年龄、生活地区也是影响态度持有的因素。结论江苏省部分地区居民对待乙肝的知识态度亟待改善,须大力宣传乙肝防治知识,有所针对的扩大宣传面,科学防病。

Analysis on hepatitis B related knowledge and attitude among residents in Jiangsu Province

Objective To know the status of preventive knowledge and attitude on hepatitis B （HB）, and to explore the in terrelations of knowledge, attitude and principal influence factors among residents in Jiangsu Province, in order to provide sci entific evidence for the further health education. Methods A selfdesigned questionnaire survey was conducted at field among the residents in Zhangjiagang, Danyang and Taixing. Results The total knowledge awareness rate of hepatitis B was 57.0%, most of which were below 60%, only 51.2% of them knew that hepatitis B can be transmitted through sexual intercourse. A bout 50% of them had positive attitude toward HBV/AIDS patients. The logistic regression analysis showed that the resident had a more positive attitude toward HBV patients with the increasing basic knowledge about HB prevention and transmission route/non transmission route. Conclusion It＇s high time that vigorous publicity of related knowledge on hepatitis B should be conducted to improve the lower knowledge awareness on HB among residents in Jiangsu.
