胰岛素泵治疗1型糖尿病临床疗效的观察

目的 评价胰岛素泵在1型糖尿病痛人中的治疗效果。方法将1型糖尿病患者分为两组进行胰岛素强化治疗，胰岛素泵持续皮下胰岛素输注（CSⅡ）组26例，多次皮下胰岛素注射（MSⅡ）组33例。结果两组达到目标血糖时，CSⅡ组所需的治疗时间，以及低血糖发生率明显比MSⅡ减少（P〈0．01或P〈0．05）。结论CSⅡ比MSⅡ可以更快、更有效地控制高血糖，降低低血糖的发生率。

Study on the therapeutic effect of insulin pump in the treatment of type 1 diabetes

Objective To assess the efficacy of insulin pump in the treatment of patients with type 1 diabetes. Methods 59 patients with type l diabetes were divided into two groups and studied with intensive insulin therapy, the group of 26 patients was treated by continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion （CSⅡ） with insulin pmnp and the other was treated by multiple subcutaneous insulin Injection （MSⅡ）. Results At the time of reaching the target blood glucose level, the average duration of treatment, the daily insulin dose and the hypoglycemia incidence were markedly decreased in CSⅡ group, comparing with MSⅡ group （P〈0. 01 或P〈0.05）. Conclusion CSII can control the hyperglycosemia sooner and more effectively, and reduce the risk of hypoglycemic, comparing with MSⅡ.
