| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨油菜花粉提取物对高脂血症大鼠血脂的影响.方法:利用脂肪乳剂灌胃造成实验性高脂血症大鼠模型,血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C),按酶法测定.结果:油菜花粉提取物8、4和2ml/kg均能降低高脂血症大鼠血清TC、TG、LDL-C,升高DHL-C,使TC/HDL-C比值明显降低.结论:油菜花粉提取物有调血脂作用.

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the effects of an extract from rape pollen by soxhlet extraction method with petroleum ether-ethyl ether mixed solvents on blood lipids in experimental hyperlipidemic rats. Methods: The experimental hyperlipidemic rat model was established by ig a high cholesterol emulsion. The serum levels of total cholesterol (TC),triglycerine (TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) were determined by enzymatic method. Results: The extract ig 8,4 and 2ml/kg respectively not only decreased surum TC,TG and LDL-C,but also increased serum HDL-C,consequently rised ratio of TC/HDL-C. Conclusion: This results indicated that the extract from rape pollen could regulate serum lipids. |
