1，25-二羟维生素 D3水平与慢性高血压不良事件的相关性

目的:分析慢性高血压患者1,25-二羟维生素D水平状态,探讨其与高血压发病的关系。方法:选取2012年1月至2014年1月来我院就诊且确诊为高血压患者80例及同期常规健康体检者80例分别纳入研究组和对照组;运用酶联免疫法(enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)测定1,25-二羟维生素D含量和血浆肾素活性(plasma renin activity,PRA),同时检测相关糖脂代谢生化指标,并进行分析比较。结果:与对照组相比,高血压研究组血浆肾素活性及1,25-二羟维生素D_3显著降低(P<0.01),Ⅰ级高血压患者肾素和1,25-二羟维生素D_3均显著高于Ⅱ~Ⅲ级患者(t=11.88,P<0.01 vs t=5.65,P<0.01);Pearson分析显示:1,25-二羟维生素D_3与血浆肾素活性PRA(r=-0.616,P<0.05)、收缩压(r=-0.419,P<0.05)、舒张压(r=-0.297,P<0.05)分别呈负相关;高血压多变量危险因素分析显示:高血压发生危险的统计性意义独立因素分别为D_3水平降低和PRA(P<0.05)。结论:1,25-二羟维生素D_3水平与高血压收缩压及舒张压呈负相关,1,25-二羟维生素D_3水平降低及PRA是高血压发生危险的独立因素。

Correlation between 1,25-dihydroxy vitamin D3 levels and chronic hyper-tension adverse events

Objective:Analysis of patients with chronic hypertension 1 ,25-diydroxyvitamin D levels state to explore its relation-ship with hypertension.Methods:Choose from January 2012 to January 2014 to our hospital and 80 patients diagnosed with hyperten-sion and healthy routine the same period 80 cases were included in the study group and the control group;Using ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)assay 1 ,25-dihydroxyvitamin D levels and plasma renin activity (plasma renin activity,PRA), simultaneous detection of glucose and lipid metabolism related biochemical indicators were compared and analyzed.Results:Compared with the control group,the study group was significantly lower blood pressure and plasma renin activity of 1 ,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 (P <0.01 ),patients with hypertension grade Ⅰ renin and 1 ,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 were significantly high in Ⅱ -Ⅲ grade patients (t =1 1.88,P <0.01 vs t =5.65,P <0.01 );Pearson analysis showed:1 ,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 and plasma renin activity PRA (r =-0.616,P <0.05),systolic blood pressure (r = -0.419,P <0.05 ),diastolic blood pressure (r = -0.297,P <0.05 )were negatively correlated;Multivariate analysis of risk factors for hypertension show:statistical significance independent risk factor for hyper-tension D3 levels were lower and PRA (P <0.05).Conclusion:1 ,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 levels and systolic and diastolic blood pres-sure were negativwly correlated,lower leves of 1 ,25-dihyroxyvitamin D3 ,and PRA is an independent risk factor for hypertension.
